Reiki

Reiki is a complementary therapy that assists in the healing process by way of supporting the body to remove (by natural means), toxins previously embedded deep within the muscle tissue, thereby promoting a greater sense of wellbeing. Receiving Reiki is simple. You would lie on a prepared couch or sit on a chair and relax; loose clothing is recommended for comfort. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation. The whole person is treated rather than specific areas. Sessions can take from 15 minutes to an hour-and-a-half, depending on the client’s needs
